abstract

the aim of the current study was examine the effectiveness of  cognitive behavioral therapy on affective maturity and happiness in psychology student of azad university of bojnoutd.40 person were selecting by employing simple random sampling . they completed effective maturity scale (ems) for assessment of effective maturity and oxford happiness questionnaire for the assessment of happiness. analyses of covariance were employed for data analysis. finding revealed that there is a significant difference between students mean in affective maturity and happiness in posttest level. restructuring and information processing based root of cognitive behavioral therapy model, makes it an effective approach for affecting students affective maturity and happiness. more implications are discussed.
